Could you NOT find a PostgreSQL newsgroup to spam instead? Or did you
think littering every major database newsgroup in existence would
cover that situation? If this is the way you proceed to search for
'qualified' candidates I expect you won't find any, at least not in
the near future.

Remove this SPAM from comp.databases.oracle.misc immediately and
apologise to the group for violating the charter:
