| Configuration: OpenBSD 3.6 Apache 1.3.29 (chrooted in /var/www) Mailman 2.1.5 (Postfix version) - install dir (/usr/local/lib/mailman) - data dir (/var/spool/mailman) I was trying to setup Mailman to work with Apache. I have had no luck so far. I've followed the directions for changing the httpd.conf file according to the Mailman instructions, but I still don't get anything. I was wondering whether this problem is caused by the chroot. I have a Directory entry for /usr/local/lib/mailman/cgi-bin and a ScriptAlias as well, but it's still not working. I've tried creating symbolic links within the /var/www/htdocs directory (which works fine), but that doesn't work either. Is there anything I can do short of having to move everything into /var/www? |

If you work in a chrooted environment, it's absolutely impossible to access any file outside the root (that's the point of it all). That includes symbolic links. Try hard links (not sure about them) or just copy the files inside the root. -- -+ Álvaro G.
