Default Printing Partition Table

I have multiple linux systems on one hard drive. Ideally I would like to
remove the blocks column from the output of fdisk and add another
column for distribution. I can do this manually but is there an easier
way to separate the columns using tab stops in either abiword or open
office?
Sample:

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 * 18 278 2096482+ 6 FAT16
/dev/hda2 279 789 4104607+ 5 Extended
/dev/hda5 279 661 3076416 83 Linux
/dev/hda6 662 758 779121 83 Linux
/dev/hda7 759 789 248976 82 Linux swap

I have 27 partitions so any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
