I'm on quite a slow connection. When I type the character keeps
repeating several times, even if I hit it only once (fast).
This is a real nightmare 'cause I have to try several times to even get

an ls going.
e.g. I hit "l" once (fast) and the following appears on the screen:
lllllllllllllllll


Then I have to backspace and try my luck again.


I'm running KDE on the machine I'm VNC'ing to.


Anyone have a sugestion (except for getting a faster link) to resolve
this.
