Hi,

where can I get libldap.a? I'm trying to build libapreq2 (v. 2.07) on a
Suse 10 system, but I get the error message
"/usr/lib/gcc/i586-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lldap", though the OpenLDAP2
package is installed. I couldn't find anything useful via the
openldap.org-FAQs and google. Any hints?
