Does anyone know of a wddx parser for C?

wddx is a simplified XML syntax; it is used to dump out an array or
object in PHP....

I need to read wddx files into C structures....

Failing that, a really, really simple XML parser? The ones I've seen
are pretty complex. I basically need to suck wddx file into a
structure... I don't need to write it or anything.
