Default FC4/5; Redirect or tee boot init messages to /var/log/boot.log

Hello;

I'm curious how to config the init messages to be sent to boot .log
and not just the console?

Assume /etc/inittab lines could be changed and/or /etc/rc.d/rc script
edited... I think there's a standard way to enable this that I'm
missing.

Thanks

Would you settle to having them in /var/log/messages? If
so, have you checked to see whether they might already be
there? IIRC, back when I used HatRed (before they changed),
the init messages showed up there. Then again, my
carbon-based RAM might have lost a few bits here or there
since then.
