I have managed to get VMWare Player on Windows to run a Linux LiveCD without
a problem. However, it leaves a lot to be desired. Is it possible to run a
full-fledged Linux installation on Windows XP in a virtual session?

My wife and kids both need a Windows PC, and I don't want to keep on
re-booting to Linux. Nor can I afford a 2nd PC right now. My machine is a
64-bit dual core with 2G of memory, so it should be adequate.
