| Hello there! Does anybody know why a simple truncate takes a lot of time? The table in question, is connected by other table through foreign keys (with cascade on delete) but I still think it shouldn't take so much time since the tables have something like a 1000 odd rows? When I check the processlist ("show processlist"), the state of query is shown as "invalidating query cache entries (key)"? Any ideas why this is happening? |
