When I try to use 10g and SQL Navigator I get the following error when
SQL Navigator tries to start.

Error: 1.0 [Load interface dll's failed.]

I can't seem to find an answer on how to fix this on the web. Any
suggestions?

SQL Navigator is not an Oracle product. You might want to check Quest's
website. That said have you confirmed that your version of the product
supports whatever 10g release you have installed?
